Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9kbd ("9kbd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 9kbd online betting and casino platform available at https://9kbd.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 9kbd, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Eligibility Requirements

Access to the 9kbd Platform and participation in any betting or gaming activity is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement. 9kbd enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or direct family member of a current employee or contractor of 9kbd.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the 9kbd Platform or any other online gambling platform for integrity-related reasons.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

9kbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restriction, or permanent account closure.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on 9kbd, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 9kbd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration and at any time thereafter, 9kbd may require you to complete an identity verification ("KYC") process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address dated within the last three months.
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method(s) registered to your account (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
• A selfie photograph or video verification, as directed by our compliance team.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 9kbd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9kbd immediately by contacting our support team. 9kbd will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, 9kbd accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification being received.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Processing

All financial transactions on the 9kbd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 9kbd supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players located in Bangladesh:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket / Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (DBBL)
• Upay mobile financial service
• Visa debit and credit cards
• Mastercard debit and credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit applied at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. 9kbd does not charge any platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which 9kbd accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your 9kbd account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed by 9kbd within 15 minutes of submission during standard operating hours, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9kbd reserves the right to delay or suspend the processing of any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the affected player will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation before the withdrawal is released.

All deposited funds are held in segregated player fund accounts. 9kbd does not use player funds for operating expenses. In the event that 9kbd ceases operations, segregated player funds will be returned to players as a first priority.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

9kbd offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladeshi calendar.

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including:

• Minimum qualifying deposit amount (where applicable).
• Wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements on 9kbd bonuses typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Time limit — bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire without notice.
• Game contribution rates — different game types contribute at different rates towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%); certain games may be excluded entirely. The applicable contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Maximum bet restriction — while a wagering requirement is active, you may not place individual bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit (typically ৳500 per round or spin). Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.

9kbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn or modified after it has been claimed by a player, the player will be notified, and any wagering requirements already fulfilled will be honoured on a pro-rata basis at 9kbd's discretion.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting errors in bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or structuring deposits and withdrawals to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 9kbd Platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category — cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing games. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

With respect to the cricket sportsbook specifically:

• All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI) at the conclusion of the relevant match or event.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the governing body before a result can be determined, 9kbd will void all unsettled bets on that event and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• 9kbd reserves the right to suspend a market at any time where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, inside information, or a loss of data feed integrity.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed within the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.

With respect to casino games, the rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi). 9kbd presents these games as an authorised distribution partner of those providers and does not modify the rules or RTP (return to player) settings of any game. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9kbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time during the verification process.
• Creating or operating more than one player account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other non-human tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption affecting the sporting events on which you place bets.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits via your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering activity on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9kbd staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without their explicit authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 9kbd Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, game interfaces, and the 9kbd brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9kbd or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 9kbd.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital environment.
• Use any 9kbd trademark, logo, or brand asset without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means for commercial use.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, JILI, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms, which 9kbd has agreed to on your behalf as a distribution intermediary.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The 9kbd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 9kbd endeavours to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. 9kbd reserves the right to suspend platform access for scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.

Where 9kbd's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 9kbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination & Suspension

9kbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 9kbd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• You have failed to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Your account has been identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• You have requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Continued operation of your account would expose 9kbd to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination of your account for a breach of these Terms, all account balances — including real-money funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at 9kbd's sole discretion where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach (e.g., fraud, underage gambling, money laundering). Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 9kbd support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 48 hours of your request being confirmed. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all verification requirements have been met.

Amendments to These Terms

9kbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on this page, accompanied by a revised "Last Updated" date. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within 14 days of the dispute being raised, you may request escalation to a senior review, which will be completed within a further 14 business days. 9kbd's decision following a senior review will be communicated to you in writing and will be accompanied by a reasoned explanation of the basis for that decision.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, where such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
